Bernards Bistro
Bernards Bistro is now open on the north end of the Village, featuring a full menu of California French cuisine.
Award winning executive Chef Bernard Tordjman views every dish is a creation in his own words. The menu changes every 2 to 3 weeks with a delightful
selection of meat, seafood and pasta choices, along with a series of signature quiches, unique entrees, and even several vegetarian dishes along with an excellent selection of wines from all over the world.
Bernards Bistro is open 7 days a week from 11am to 4pm for lunch and 5 pm to 10 pm for dinner.

Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse
Also new to MonteLago Village, Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse will soon be open on the south end of the village just across from Casino MonteLago.
The concept is something entirely new to the area, featuring all-you-can-eat, slow cooked selections of various meats seasoned their special way, with tasty side dishes served by Gauchos tableside every few minutes. Theyll also feature live music and Brazilian dancers continuously roaming throughout the restaurant.
It should be quite the experience!
