Guests and residents may notice the changing landscape of Lake Las Vegas Resort. Development is rapidly moving forward in the Phase II residential neighborhoods along The Falls Golf Course and on the resort's final Phase III project on the northern shore of the lake.

Taking care to maintain the mountainside's natural outlines, developers are sculpting the land in preparation for new homes nestled in the hills along the back nine holes of The Falls.  These enclaves will feature views of the golf course's rolling greens, vistas of the resort and dramatic mountains.
