Let’s try something different this year! Instead of big sweeping resolutions, let’s kick things off by instilling a few new healthy habits that will have a more lasting effect. Often times, reaching too high can backfire, especially during a pandemic. We want to help instill changes that will improve our overall health and preserve our peace of mind.
This challenge is especially unique in that participants are not asked to lose weight or accomplish specific goals. No, this challenge is all about the reboot! We want to help you set yourself in motion and explore more ways to move.
There are going to be lots of fun options for all who sign up for this absolutely FREE challenge! The main thing to know is that you MUST SIGN UP to take advantage of all the cool activities and amazing discounts on services we have lined up. Even if you only wish to do one event, you will need to sign up. Plus, you can invite your non-member friends to join as well. FREE t-shirts will be given to the first 100 to sign up!
Our first kick-off event is with Ryan on Friday, January 8th. Come anytime between 3:30 -5:30 pm for the most challenging 10 minutes of your life! Ryan will have 10 stations set up and you will be asked to do as many reps as you can at each station for one minute. There are no breaks in between but you can definitely go at your own pace.
The sign-up deadline is Friday, January 8th at 5:00 pm.
