We would like to thank the 600 plus visitors that toured our new community Varenna by Pulte Homes.  Varenna began with 38 opportunities for you to call Lake Las Vegas home. That number is now 30. Viewing Varenna soon is highly recommended.

Vantage by Blue Heron added quite a few name to the Interest List and passed out close to 500 plus staycation entry forms.

One of you will be staying at The Westin and one of you will be staying at The Hilton very soon. Also don’t worry, the one hour La Contessa yacht party will be ready to go too.

We hope you really enjoyed the first Lake Las Vegas Lifestyle Affair. Now even though The Village restaurants are already close to each other, it sure was fun to see The Village, Chef Scott Commings and the new chef on the lake, Hilton Executive Chef Pfeiffer.

Our first Social Local may have just kicked off a series of opportunities to showcase Hotel Resort Spas, The Village retail, talented resident vendors and business owners. Watch close for a much larger edition of Social Local to showcase LV Lakers talents to all.

We need to give a special thank you to West Coast Moke & United Nissan for providing an extra twist of fun transportation between Varenna and The Sports Club.  The last shout out needs to go to Lake Las Vegas’ favorite reggae band Bonafide. Jr. Roots & Ricky Dread kept the Lake Grooves perfect.
