ELIGIBILITY: Lake Las Vegas Throwback giveaway (the “sweepstakes”) is open to participants who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Lake Las Vegas, and/or its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. If asked, entrant must provide valid proof of age by way of valid picture identification (driver’s license, passport, state identification card, or military identification card). Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
TIMING: The photo submission period begins on March 19, 2020 at 10:00 am PST and ends on March 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm PST (the “promotion period”). Voting will begin on April 2, 2020 at 10:00 am PST with a second round of voting beginning on April 6, 2020. The final round of voting will take place on April 10, 2020 and winners will be announced on April 15th at or around 12:00 pm PST. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the promotion period, visit LakeLasVegas.Com/ThrowbackContest and follow the instructions outlined in the designated point of entry post. Photo entries must be received by the times outlined above to be eligible to win. By entering this sweepstakes, you release FACEBOOK of any responsibility regarding said sweepstakes. Lake Las Vegas acknowledges that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with FACEBOOK.
PRIZE DRAWING: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules; and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. After the photo submission period ends on March 31, photos in each category (LAKE, GOLF COURSE, RESORT & HOME) will be voted on in two rounds. The top-voted photos in each category will move on to the second round where photos will be voted on overall. The photo that receives the most votes will be selected to win the grand prize. The three remaining “winners” will receive a secondary prize. The potential winner(s) will be notified by public comment on the point of entry. Failure to acknowledge and confirm receipt of winning status within 24 hours of notification (comment being published) will result in disqualification/forfeiture of prizes.

Prize components are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and may not be combined with any other offers. Terms and conditions apply. Specifics of prize components are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, gratuity, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
PHOTO RELEASE: Participants submitting photos release Lake Las Vegas to repurpose photos on LakeLasVegas.com and @lakelasvegas social media pages (Instagram & Facebook) unless explicitly stated by participant.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Clark County, Nevada, U.S.A; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada, U.S.A.
