Win a Golf Cart

• Open to individuals who purchase a new home from a participating Lake Las Vegas builder-partner during the Promotion Period.
• Buyers must be 18 years of age or older.
• Employees, affiliates, and representatives of Lake Las Vegas, participating builders, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period:

• Must enter into a purchase/sale agreement between September 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Escrow must close within the builder’s standard timeline.

How to Enter:

• Each qualifying buyer who purchases a new home with a participating builder-partner between September 1 and October 31, 2025, will automatically receive one (1) eligible entry into the prize drawing.
• The builder is responsible for confirming and notifying Lake Las Vegas of all eligible entries.
• No additional purchase or entry is necessary.

Prizes:

• Two (2) winners will each receive a brand-new golf cart.
• Each golf cart will be delivered directly to the winner’s new Lake Las Vegas residence following confirmation of eligibility and closing.
• No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize permitted.
  Approximate retail value of each golf cart will be disclosed at the time of delivery.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries once all closings are confirmed.
• The drawing will take place in mid-November 2025.
• Winners will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact information provided at closing.
• Winners must respond within 10 business days to claim their prize.

General Conditions:

• Lake Las Vegas and participating builders reserve the right to verify eligibility and to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Lake Las Vegas and participating builders to use their name, likeness, and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
