Property owners and/or listing agents of property at Lake Las Vegas may post “Open House” signs.

1. Only the approved Lake Las Vegas signage may be used. Owners/agents are responsible for providing the approved signage. Signage specifications may be obtained through the Lake Las Vegas Master Association. Please call 702-568-7948. Non-conforming signage shall be removed by community patrol and held for pickup at the Lake Las Vegas Master Association office at 1600 Lake Las Vegas Parkway for a period of five working days.
2. The size of any “Open House” sign shall not exceed four square feet.
3. No sign shall be placed within the public right-of-way, traffic median, public sidewalk, bike lane or roundabout.
4. Signs located on private property shall require the property owners’ approval.
5. Signs must be A-frame.
6. Licensee or broker must be on duty while sign is posted.
7. Signs shall be permitted between the hours of eleven a.m. and four p.m.
8. Signs shall include the real estate broker/agent name and telephone number.
9. Signs shall not be illuminated or include attachments such as balloons, streamers, flags, etc.
10. Signs shall state “Open House.”
11. Property owner(s) shall be held responsible for non-compliance of “Open House” Sign Policy.
12. The maximum quantity of “Open House” signs is four.
