Proof Tavern Lake Las Vegas is a new gaming and dining destination located at MonteLago Village. With 6,440-square-feet of space, they present an upscale American tavern offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and a full-service bar with specialty craft cocktails, wine and spirits. Seating includes a main dining room and large patio as well as private event space on the second floor able to accommodate up to 30 people.
As the only establishment at the Lake Las Vegas community to currently offer gaming, they have 15 video poker machines and feature various gaming promotions, including a new sign-up bonus offering $10 in free slot play. All guests at Proof Tavern must be 21 and over.
