The Lake Las Vegas® Art Galleries will unveil its summer juried show, “Casting Shadows,” on Friday, June 9. Original work by Nevada artists will be featured in its North Gallery.
The opening night reception is 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with live music and complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres from Chef Scott Commings, the Season 12 winner of “Hell’s Kitchen” and new chef at Lake Las Vegas’ Reflection Bay Golf Club. Best in Show and first, second and third place honors will be awarded; and attendees will be able to vote for their favorite piece.
Following the reception, artwork will be displayed daily from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. through Wednesday, Aug. 9.
