Lake Las Vegas might be known for its tranquil lake but there’s a notable spot at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa that offers a quiet sanctuary. Referred to as the jewel of the property, the Florentine Gardens feature 24,000 square feet of lush greenery accented with dirt and pebbled trails.
The replica of an old-world Italian garden is divided into four quadrants surrounded by meticulously manicured greenery and an archway marking each entrance.
“The Florentine Gardens is located on the garden level three steps down from The Village Lake Las Vegas and is an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy quite time or take advantage of a beautiful venue space,” said Ellen Saepoff, director of food and beverage for the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa.
On any given day, guests are meandering around enjoying the scenery, relaxing with coffee and a book or taking in the serene sounds of nature. On special occasions, the garden is utilized for weddings, receptions, banquets, picnics and more.
During the evening, guests can chat around the fire pit and enjoy time with family and friends.
One of the best times to visit the Florentine Gardens is during spring, when the Jasmine flowers bloom within the arches. “It’s so peaceful and fragrant during the spring,” Saepoff said. “It’s one of those places that you’ll keep coming back to.”
