Three of Pulte Homes’ best-selling floor plans in the southwestern United States are available for purchase at its new Varenna community in Lake Las Vegas. Sales for the all single-story community are underway at Pulte’s Bellano sales office in Lake Las Vegas until the models open at Varenna in early 2019.
Home shoppers can explore the Gateway, Gardengate and Parklane floor plans, which appeal to a wide demographic because of their versatility and generous square footage. The three plans offer open living spaces and flexible room options with up to five bedrooms and up to three and a half baths. Prices start in the $400s.
“Our Bellano community at Lake Las Vegas was so successful that we felt Varenna was the natural next step to offer larger single-story floor plans for individuals or families who want a little more space,” said Bridjette Shelfo,division vice president, sales, Pulte Group.“The innovation found within the new homes that Pulte offers is better than it’s ever been. These are consumer-inspired homes. We use a lot of consumer feedback to improve on our already good plans.”
The 38 home sites at Varenna will be built on one long street with a cul-de-sac at the end. All will be near the amenities of Lake Las Vegas, including a 320-acre lake, two award-winning golf courses, a sports club and water sports activities. Residents can also enjoy fine dining and grocery shopping at Montelago Village.
According to Shelfo, interest rates are still historically low, so it’s making buying power stronger for Pulte customers.
“What we have had in the last five years under the four to five percent interest rate has really helped a lot of people get into the home of their dreams,” she said. “Pulte has confidence in the Las Vegas market which has allowed us to grow at a comfortable pace and still take care of our customers and build quality homes.”
A grand opening for the Varenna sales office is slated for early 2019, and the first homes will be completed in late spring 2019.
